International announced that G+H Maquinaria Equipo Municipal S.A.
has been awarded a contract for the supply of 20 Vac-Cons for the
Public Works Department of Mexico City (DGCOH). This in in addition
to the eight Vac-Cons ordered in 1998 for end users in Mexico.

Ecuador: EL Industries International announced that it's
Ecuadorian distributor EICA has been awarded a contract for the
supply of 11 Vac-Cons to the sewer company in Guayaquil (ECAPAG).
This increases the number of Vac-Cons owned by ECAPAG to 21.

EL Industries International to market USIMECA refuse bodies.
On January 1, 2000 Sr. Cesar Moreira of USIMECA announced that USIMECA
has appointed EL Industries and their world wide network of environmental
equipment distributors, to represent USIMECA's line of rear land side
loading refuse bodies.
